1. Return Window

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. For certain products or members, this window may be extended to 90 days. Please check your account for eligibility.

2. Restocking Fee

  • Opened or Non-Defective Products: A restocking fee of 25% will apply to returns of opened or non-defective items.
  • Unopened Items: Restocking fees may be waived for items returned in their original, unopened packaging.

3. Condition of Returned Items

  • All returns must be in like-new condition and include original packaging, accessories, and manuals. We reserve the right to deny returns if items are damaged, modified, or show signs of use.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for assistance. We may require verification or troubleshooting before approving the return.
  • Approved defective items are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

5. Warranty & Manufacturer Support

  • For items that are defective after the return window, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for support. We are happy to assist you with warranty claims but are unable to process returns beyond our 30-day policy period.

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Refund Processing
